I build business plans, feasibility studies and valuations for founders, investors and property developers. Seven years across audit, corporate finance and business development, and since 2024 running my own advisory firm, Consortia. Transaction advisory firm I founded
Business plans for startups, feasibility studies for real estate projects, and valuations across real estate, hospitality, SaaS, technology and eCommerce.
Over 50 projects completed since launch, all through referrals and no paid advertising.
Accounting, audit, tax and advisory firm
First point of contact for every new client. Converted more than 350 clients by proposing scenario-based solutions and pricing matched to each client's revenue and needs.
Set up international tax structures for clients looking to optimise their position.
Built the firm's CRM to track follow-ups and automated the email sequences behind it, lifting engagement and conversion rates by 200%.
Audit and advisory
Planned and executed audits of investment funds and international companies reporting under IFRS. Prepared financial statements and disclosure notes under the relevant standards.
On the advisory side, built and updated financial models after due diligence with clients: feasibility studies with discounted cash flows, sensitivity analysis and project valuations, plus budgets, investment appraisals and bank-ready projections for debt finance.
Qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) in December 2020 while working here.
Two-year mandatory service
Led a team of ten: scouting, planning and setting tasks. It taught me discipline, work ethic and how to perform in a demanding environment.
Exam qualified and fully qualified by December 2020.
Upper second-class honours. Dissertation, awarded a first, on how conglomerates' diversification through acquisitions affects profitability and value.
Private bilingual school. A-levels in Accounting, Maths and Greek. Apolytirion 18/20.
